TERMS
Terms of use
These terms apply when you use PixelArt Converter and export files from the tool.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PixelArt Converter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the converter provides
PixelArt Converter processes PNG, JPG, WebP, and GIF images in your browser. It provides controls for pixel size, canvas fit, color palettes, dithering, and image tone, and exports static PNG or WebP files. Animated GIF input uses only its first frame.
Your images and permissions
Only process images you have the right or permission to use. You are responsible for the source images you choose and for how you use the exported results. The converter does not grant rights to third-party images or trademarks.
Results and limitations
The tool converts an existing image using browser-based processing. It does not generate images from text prompts, create sprite sheets, or export animated pixel-art GIFs. Results and export support can vary with the source image, browser capabilities, image dimensions, and available memory. Save your own copies of exported files.
Use of the site
Do not interfere with the website or use the converter for unlawful purposes. These terms may be updated as the service changes.
Intellectual property
The website and its materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for rights and permissions relating to images you process and how you use the results.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as available. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or image.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may change or discontinue parts of the service and revise these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to your use of the service, subject to any mandatory legal rules that apply. Questions of jurisdiction and venue are determined under the applicable conflict-of-law rules.
